Personal:
 

In his personal life, Evan is very active in his church and in Scouting.  At Fairfax United Methodist Church, Evan has served as a Trustee and as Chair of the Memorials Committee for over 20 years.  In Scouting, Evan serves as the Webelos-to-Scout Transition Chair for the George Mason District, and is an archery instructor as well as Chair of the Shooting Sports Committee for the National Capital Area Council.  Evan lives in Clifton with his wife, Julia, and their son, Timothy.  Julia's parents have also lived with them since 1997.
